Sorry for very late reply... i'm not sure wether this piston can fit b16/b18 even after u resleeve ur block (pls correct me if im wrong).

Piston Size:
B16/B18 = 81
K20A = 86

about the deep scratch, i'm not sure on how much it will effect the performance, maybe u can ask the expert.
