1) how to get car from HK into malaysia legally?
2) how much does all the paperwork costs?

assume too expensive

3) how to get car in for non-public-road use
- track use only
- keep at home adore

why?

becasue can get BMW Z3 for RM 34k and still negotiable Expat Hong Kong - Classifieds

can get Suzuki Cappuccino for RM 5k ~ 8k Expat Hong Kong - Classifieds

mazda MX5 for RM11k Expat Hong Kong - Classifieds

oh .......................... i can't live without carssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

but ho, HK car ownership so expensive

insurance RM 2.5k +++
car license plate RM 2.5k+
parking RM900/month
so on and so forth
if accident - 1st RM10k insurance don't pay, you have to pay,

i guess by this time you are entitled to one AP.... for your own self... but i guess you need to own one at least for a period of 6 months before you can legally take it back to malaysia.... but still the best is to look up in the .gov.my for further info...especially on customs....wow.. bimmer!!! i was thinking you might want to bring back.. lexus!!!!!

If what Sham says is correct, then I could park the car in my friend's place and pay a very small fees to keep 6 months then ship back without getting HK insurance, license plate, etc, all in all RM10k so bloody expensive :(

Sham, interiors, chop-shops, I've not visit, no car to go ........... taxi would cost RM100+++ to reach

wonder what's the tax like and the problem with cars older than 5 years :(

not back in Malaysia permanent for a long time I'm afraid, can't find similar job at home...... all manufacturing china hence all actions here.
