Yes its twin scroll pnp to stock evo manifold. After tuning, I can reach full boost slightly before 4k rpm.

do we need any supporting mod to optimize the response?

I think you will need fuel injectors probably about 850cc and up, aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. Exhaust might need to be big enough to support the power. Response should need cams with proper setting to optimize the pickup with proper tuning.
