What is the different between normal absorbers and AVCS®?
Most conventional absorber's suspension damping & rebound force is fixed. Stiff suspension works well on high speed driving and negotiating corners, offers maximum car handling but sacrifices comfort. on the other hand, soft suspension works well on bumpy road, potholes, and uneven road but sacrifices handling. Ever thought of obtaining a set of suspension, which can work very well on negotiating bumpy road, potholes, uneven road, high-speed corner with high speeding stability and comfort? Unless you opt for the very costly height and stiffness, adjustable absorbers, otherwise you won't be able to achieve the ideal drive handling and comfort. Or you can buy a few sets of suspension for all these road conditions to cope with it. To suit your driving style and road condition, you will need to adjust and tune the suspension all the time {even with the stiffness adjustable absorbers} wherever you need to change the setting. How does AVCS™ work?
AVCS™ is the latest result of our constant R&D effort. With GAB® AVCS™ you can now feel the difference on uneven road, bumpy road, pothole, high-speed corners and highways. The damping and rebound force is automatically turned by AVCS™ to suit all road conditions. AVCS™ is an internal system that adjusts the stiffness of the suspension. It uses multiple layer valve spring to sense the road condition and automatically reduces or increases damping forces according to the road condition and your driving style. The latest technology of valve and internal spring mechanism enables the constant and automatic change of the comfort on all road condition without having to manually tune or adjust the absorbers.
With AVCS™ you just need to purchase one set of GAB® HILO adjustable absorbers, rather than buying a few sets of different suspension with different setting.

Advance Technology Cold Forming
in contrast to hot forming where the spring is coiled at an elevated temperature, springs of our series are made through the technique of cold forming (normal temperature forming at a non elevated temperature). By using a dedicated new-type coiling machine, deterioration of the material is prevented and advance performance is retained.
