DeC, the turbine condition is stock standard. formally used in b8t. owner selling the car but give back ori b8 n/a engine to buyer. buyer is an old man, don want any turbo2 maa.. got some stuff b8t taken out from the ori b8t engine, examples b8t manifold, turbine, downpipe, ECU + wiring, throttle body etc etc.

by the way, are you the DUDE who SMS me few days ago ? if yes, then sorry dude.. when back hometown, ni coverage maa.. if not, just ignored it.

SomeGuy.. about the power, its quite subjective man, depends on your accessories + gadjets. but according to tkk, VJ20 stock turbine boosting 1.2 bar can get more then 200whp anytime. or izzit boosting 1 bar ? heh.. need to check with KK on tis question. sorry dude! ;)

i think some of our mate in b6b8 done a dyno for 1.2bar 198whp.

so far i not know my previous vj20 power yet. i believe is very subjective question to answer. can depends on your engine n gearbox n clutch.

tkk, agreed with you. the power depends on a lot of factors i.e g/box, clutch, eng management, setup + settings. got racing clutch but bad setting, no power will come out. just for example maa.. am still exploring ways to upgrade my b8t. ;)

tkk, mine is only b8t 180 stock stended maa.. a lot of upgrade needed. oledi PM you dude.

that is wat i wanted to do .

VJ20 can boost till 1.2 bar ah . that turbine can stand meh ?

and wat bout intercooler change or using the stock side mount intercooler ?

DeC.. VJ20 can go up to 1.2 bar, but for normal ride, 1 bar is enuf dude! :D my fren tried before, can go to 1.27bar, but only during drag maa.. boost cut for VJ20 is somewhere ard 1.3 bar i think.. maybe TKK can add here..

TKK.. dun tell me you also boosting 1.2bar using VF10 bro.. must be more than that rite :D

hey guys,

u can boost 1.2 bar but the u can will power drop at higher rpm..this is proven in of the dyno they have done...

the optimum boost they recomend is 1bar...have seen those article before...
if you think to get more power obviously is to upgrade to vf10 or vf8..
