engine died with aircond while driving

i drove an astina. i just went for a couple rounds around my neighborhood with my new engine (b8). the thing is, when i drove it fast without aircond, there's no problem. but when i try to drive fast again with aircond, my engine suddenly die. before it died, the car face a little bit jerk. then a couples of hundred meters it died. when it died, the car stopped immediately. i try to start (i shut down the aircond), but it wont start. i have to wait about 5min to start it back. fyi, my throttle body is quite a problem. i ask the foreman, he said, my clutch cannot cope with my engine. im using a standard clutch. is the clutch was the problem? and why when it happen when im using the aircond? and bros, can u give me any address for mazda/ford specialist? especially b8 engine. normal workshop doesn't know much. im staying at kl btw. thanks very much.
