Add on conversion device to make the Emanage Blue/Ultimate to full standalone. The OEM ecu can be removed and full engine management control will be handled by the Emanage unit.
Pricing(For the bare device only, e-manage ecu, wiring, installation and tuning will be charged separately).
For engines with a single distributor. RM450 each nett
For Engines with wasted spark. RM650 each nett
For engines with Coil on plug(COP). RM850 each nett.
The Emanage ECU's are suitable for vehicles that do not have a CANBUS system as oem. Please check your vehicle manual for this as I do not keep track of every vehicle made.
Pros and Cons:
Pros of the Emanage blue standalone,
1. Its cheaper than anything else.
2. It uses the original software for tuning which is very easy to use.
3. limited to 12,000rpm as thats the max for emanage blue
4. Less complicated to set up than most other standalone ecu's.
5. Able to control ignition for 1-12 cylinders
6. Able to provide true ignition control for COP, 1 ignition pulse per spark(max 6 cylinders. Not a modified wasted spark signal.)
7. Autotune(wideband 0-5v only)
8. Able to datalog easily
9. Every unit is custom designed and made locally for each application.
Now for the Cons(Blue only, Ultimate does not have these cons except for item 6)
1) No engine and air temperature input. (Have to use older BMW cold start valve, its possible to use a hotwire airflow meter for turbo as air temperature compensation is internal)
2) No knock sensor interface( maps must be conservative to be safe, this is not aproblem as even the Haltech Sprint 500, Sport 1000, 2000 and Pro also do not have this)
3) No narrow band exhaust sensor interface. Only a wideband can be used.
4) Batch fire only.
5) Ignition limited to 40 degrees of adjustment(emanage limitation)
6) Takes time to Make as each unit is custom designed and made for each application.(About 2 weeks lead time. Please do not confuse this with downtime.)
