cam and crank pulley Q

hi guys.. relatively new to car accessories and mods....

need help in a couple of simple Q..... hope u guys can help out..

1. whats a "spark" as in "pivot spark" use for ?

2. heard changing crank pulley can increse the car hp n torque rite.. any guys here done it ? ....

3. read in some mag tat says..... changing cam pulley also can increse power....(i only heard ppl changing crank and not cam pulley) .....any 1 of u guys changed r cam pulley ?

main Q = if any 1 change crank and cam pulley ? can tell me hows the "feel"?
