Basically it is near to a half cut. Would be much better to buy locally with fully build engine with Dyno to proof and running engine instate of buying japanese haldcut which will cost near the same and have no history about it and would not know whether it is in good condition or not.
Dynoed 615 on wheel. Engine builded and tune by a single person.
