well...all i know is my sifu send it to kl...not sure the exact location is..cheap2 wan...coz dun hav much money...
but the result satisfies me..

how many RPM can their balancer can go..?? 9000rpm?? 11k rpm..??
i'm looking for more higher than 13k rpm...
