Fancy a BMW E92 M3? What about a E60 M5 V10 powered one? Easy, buy an M3, wait for an eternity, plonk in the 507 bhp V10 unit and <b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b><b></b>there you go. Some mad German tuner did exactly that as published by Auto Trader UK. Here's what they said:</p><p>It’s not available in the UK yet, but a German tuning company has got its hands on the ultra-quick BMW M3.<br><br>And they’ve made it even faster - fitting it with the 5-litre V10 engine from the insane M5.<br><br><img border="0" src="http://www.zerotohundred.com/news/august/507bhp_m3/v10_e92_m3.jpg" width="448" height="297"></p><p>Boffins at Bremgo have boosted power from a feral 420bhp and 295lb/ft of pulling power to a rapid 507bhp and 384lb/ft.<br><br>While performance figures haven’t been revealed, we’d expect this Bavarian rocket to accelerate from 0-62mph (100kph) in four seconds and have a top speed of 210mph.</p><p><img border="0" src="http://www.zerotohundred.com/news/august/507bhp_m3/v10_e92_m3%20(4).jpg" width="448" height="300"><br><br>And this Ferrari and Porsche beater will still seat four and carry a set of golf clubs. <br><br>Bremgo have also fitted the M5’s seven-speed semi-automatic gearbox along with a set of sexy AC Schnitzer alloys.<br><br><img border="0" src="http://www.zerotohundred.com/news/august/507bhp_m3/v10_e92_m3%20(3).jpg" width="448" height="228"></p><p>It may be the first of the new generation M3s to be souped up – but now the ball’s rolling, expect a feast of crazy models to appear over the next 12 months.</p><p><img border="0" src="http://www.zerotohundred.com/news/august/507bhp_m3/v10_e92_m3%20(2).jpg" width="448" height="300"></p><p><img border="0" src="http://www.zerotohundred.com/news/august/507bhp_m3/v10_e92_m3%20(5).jpg" width="448" height="300"></p><p>Source: <a href="http://www.autotrader.co.uk/EDITORIAL/CARS/news/BMW/35783.html">http://www.autotrader.co.uk/EDITORIAL/CARS/news/BMW/35783.html</a></p>

Oh my..This car just look perfect in every way.It have nice rims though, the germans are really mad by putting in 5-litre V10 engine from the insane M5.Just a magnifecent ride

heard about it also last time, not in M3, but normal 3Series coupe,Hartge,V10 also if i'm not mistaken, this is too much for the M3 tagged Bimmer,I mean the "devil" inside...perfecto..

500bhp on E92 M3! crazy Mpower... M5 at here cost ard rm850.000.00
if tat is true , then the price must ard tat i mention....

Apparently, the car in question wasn't a new M3 but a normal 3 series. So no M3s were sacrificed for this lunacy.

oh, and i was wondering what happened to the M3's v8.. :biggin:

so it's a 335i.. i wonder how they manage to transfer the carbon fibre roof over?

Not really.

If you're referring to the C63 AMG, that 6.2 litre V8 engine is good for 580bhp. It is usually detuned in most of its applications in AMG Mercs.

Another fun trivia; apparently that 6.2 litre V8 also weighs about the same (slightly lighter actually) than the 4.0 litre V8 in E92 M3. So chew on that while you're wanking over BHP per litre figures.
