curiousity about the rims

Bro, just for my curiousity, is this model same as Vr GRn, it look's very similar. Anyway, free bumps for nice rims..

and 15x6.5 is +28, +35, +39, +45

How come i can't see the offset of +38.
Is this CE28 and not CE28N.. is there a CE28 before CE28N???
