I've a satria 1995, 1.6L metallic leaf green color. Forgot the color name for it. It's a stock color. I want to....

1) install mivec bonet, mivec bumper and mivec side skirt. these parts are dark blue in color now
2) knock back my driver car door due to scratch steel divider in fast lane, knock back driver side front fender and knock back rear driver side body panel. This was caused by the scratch la, basically from front to back
3) knock back all the little dents and dings, or putty it back or whatever
4) spray back same stock metallic green color on whole car.

My queries.

1) How much does it cost?
2) If you offer instalment plan, what are the procedures like and what are the plans like?
3) how long does it take?
