For

2, Engine Oil .. 5W/40 ..any recommended brand ?
3, Cooling system ... Toyota super long life coolant will do ?
4, Rear Differential oil .......75W/85 or 90 ........any recommended brand ?
5, ATF ...............any recommended grade and brand ?

Thank you very much and have a nice day:wavey::driver:

As for fuel, the IS250 has direct injection, so there's no real need for Ron97 since knocking won't be an issue.

congratz on your new ride.. i drove IS250 once and it is d*mn smooth and comfortable.. the feeling is similar like driving new batch of Audi.. even the new Merc and Bimmer can't match the smoothness and ride comfort of Lexus and Audi
