Over the course of the past few weeks, both our AMS Alpha Omega GT-R and the Dragtimes Alpha 12 GT-R in Russia were able to break new ET/trap speed records in the standing 1/2 Mile and 1 mile respectively.

This past weekend, Omega was able to win the WannaGoFast 1/2 Mile Shootout with a top speed of 214mph. This was a new R35 GT-R record. In the process, it completed the world's fastest 60-130mph for a street car with a time of 3.00 seconds! A more familiar record it earned was the 0-300kph, which it finished in 10.15 seconds!

A few weeks prior, the Youtube infamous Dragtimes Alpha 12 GT-R destroyed its competition at the Moscow Unlimited 500+ topping out at 237.5mph (382kph) in the standing mile! Elapsed time was 22.5 seconds!
