i am encouraged by the level of response that has come back so far, but based on some responses may have misconstrued the premise...we are not targetting proton, fair play to them..but we feel, that Mitsu has somehow disrespected the fan base, that have been loyal to them...and received them with open arms, as they aggresively re-entered the market...with the Lancer GT...we believed that they were here with good intentions and wanted to develop a whole new generation of Mitsu lovers...but feel deceived, that while they marketed whole heartedly...behind the scenes they were negotiating this with Proton...although maybe most won't agree that this is a deception...but it has to be said it is pre-meditated...and not sincere...maybe could be said...even stooped to low by working with proton, and diluting its brand...into insignificance...coming back to proton...as it is a point of debate...it was initially encouraging that proton made some attempt to grow its own technology and design base...and release decent models over the recent years (good or bad)...but this move...has resigned them...back to where the started...definitely it is a sign of regression...what ever happened to all the motorsport linked activities...and investment in the resources overseas to learn to be more innovative... this has yielded absolutely nothing by this move...even the link to lotus is now muted...it's like the frog that never got out of the well...and seems like they never willl...so R3 = Recycle, Replicate, Regress....Malaysia Boleh TIRU Aje
