my civic FD2 feel very bumpy after change rims with 11kgs weight, your coil spring will help to reduce bumpy ?

hi bro..It will be RM110 for front and rear..must hv a look at ur adjustable 1st..coz some adjustable, the spring diameter is very small..

currently my toyota altis 05 model using GAB lowered spring..
do i need to take out de spring to give u measurement??
cuz i wan for my rear only..
