Fancy the new Ford Mustang? Well you can now catch the legendary muscle car in flesh at Publika as it takes the stage from 11-15 March 2015. Open for viewing for the general public, the sixth generation of the iconic model displayed is a left-hand drive model of the Fastback.
The new Ford Mustang is quite a game-changer as it will come with either a 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine or the larger and more familiar 5.0-liter V8 tower of power. It will also come in right-hand drive, so expect to see the Mustang galloping in more parts of the world which of course includes Malaysia as it will be arriving in our local showrooms as early as December.
The 2.3-liter EcoBoost makes out 310-horsepower and 434Nm of torque which is enough to propel the Mustang from zerotohundred in 5.3 seconds. Sounds impressive, but the 5.0-liter V8 has 428-horsepower and 528Nm of torque in its disposal, giving it a zerotohundred time in just 4.3 seconds.
Ford has yet to release any official information regarding on the pricing for both variants, but we have heard hushes that they will be priced somewhere around the RM 300,000 – 600,000 range. While we wait for the official information to arrive, do enjoy the pictures of the Mustang taken earlier.
