Prince Oil Pairs Up With AirAsia!

Prince Lubricant, in collaboration with AirAsia, has signed a media partnership deal which sees an AirAsia Airbus A320 getting the Prince Lubricant livery. The official launch for this partnership was done today, unveiled by Mr Kenny Wong, AirAsia Group Head of Ancillary and Mr Patrick Chong, Senior Vice President of Princelube (Asia) Pte Ltd, at KLIA2.

A very dedicated team took 5 days and roughly 100 man-hours to complete this first-of-its-kind Prince Lubricant livery on the Airbus A320. The design includes Prince Lubricant’s logo coupled with their distinctive yellow and black background makes the AirAsia Airbus stand out.

AirAsia, being World’s and Asia’s Best Low Cost airline, was seen as a valuable opportunity for Prince Lubricants to team up with. AirAsia and Prince Lubricant has sealed a corporate branding strategy for 2014 till 2016. For Prince Lubricant, this bold step will definitely improve their brand awareness as they are the first ever oil company to place their branding on a commercial plane. This deal will also extend to include 3 units of Skybus to be branded with Prince Lubricant’s livery.

“We are delighted that Prince Lubricants has chosen to leverage on our aircraft livery as an innovative advertising medium,” Mr Kenny Wong said. “We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Prince Lubricants.” he added.

At the end of the launch event, there was a lucky draw session which saw Prince Lubricant giving away their Fully Synthetic FS-1 engine oil to lucky attendees. Some luckier attendees also managed to get their hands on an iPad Mini and even free GT-Radial tires.
