Is there any problem.. I have one 67block with 2.0 strocker kit also just havent put inside my wira yet..hehehehehe... Y:hmmmm:.... Jin taiko will help u on ur matter...hahahaha

Dun know whichever correct...Confused....
As i know...67 didn't come with oil squitter..That's the fact!

p/s - 67 one of the rare hunted species...after 61T.Good thread to be share...
 
still waiting green light from 4g67 user..
is it possible to rojak with vr4 ?

We done many 67 turbo.oil squitter can do.send to machine shop.block is same with 63 turbo.At brisbane we finish 2.4L stroker with GT40 and running methanol.890whp from FWD dyno dynamic.Thanks to Race Enginering from Sydney build the strongers Rod and Crank.The engine boost around 40psi.we can boost to 50psi...why?coz we have the O ring at the block.Never leakkkkk.
 
Anybody need a pic for O ring,PM me and we can do for you.But not local macine shop.

mine is 4g61 NA block but turbo edi..
put oil squirter taken from vr4 block... just plug n play..
no need modified.. just open the nut and put the oil squirter
not sure the 4g67 same or not.. but for 4g61 NA block got tread for oil squirter oledi..
less i think same... just 4g61 got short stroke than 4g67
but mine rebore into 85mm oledi heheheh

5. New ACL engine bearing
6. Check Crank walk
7. Crank Balance
8. Oil squiter

Cost about RM 7900 including 2way shipping.

Give me block and head.
Block must send to Aussy for do the engineering work.and stuff we fix it at the shop in aussy.

But the 67 block can push 650whp.Change the pistons, rods and good valve springs.Cost may be around RM5500....:burnout: :burnout: :burnout:
 
Ok guys,
Actually my frenz & i are doing some "ROJAK" for this 4G67 block.So,i will try my best to write down some information that i get during prepare this "ROJAK".hehehe:burnout:
Sorry if my write are not clear enough to make u all completely understand..

After dismantling n take a close look at both VR4 4G63 & 4G67 block...i decided that
there are only 2 major difference between this block.
First : Bore size
Second : Oil squirter

Other part inside & outside block are same part eg: rod,crank,oil line n etc.

VR4 has a larger bore size compare to 4G67(of course laa 1.8 small..2.0 big..hehe)
And for the oil squirter,4G67 doesn't come with this part.So,take out the squirter from VR4 block.it will be use in 4G67.
Below are a few photo that i took during the "diagnosis"..

In order to make it alive as turbo block,some engineering work need to do.First,rebore block.This matter is according to your piston size that u are going to use.For me,i'm decided to use 4G63 EVO3 piston.Secondly,at the bottom of the 4G67 block..U must drill n make a taping hole at the block.(Hole size..i'm not sure,but u can measure from the oil squirter bolt).Refer below photo for the comparison between this 2 block.

After the engineering work..your block are ready to be built.Just take all the necessary part from the VR4 block..and PNP at the 4G67 block.

One more thing is..both crankshaft got a diffrence also.VR4 crankshaft more heavy than 4G67 crankshaft..This is due to small 8 or 10 hole(not sure) on the 4G67 crank..u can see the diff in below photo..

It's up to u wether want to use 4G63 crank or 4G67 crank..u decide.
