Don't go Eunos 1 Utama

Hi guys...

Attention to anyone who is considering to go to Eunos 1 Utama.

My friend send her car for car wash at 1 Utama Eunos today and guess what had happened. One of their man bang my friend's car bumper. I was so shock to hear this from my friend.... and I wonder is it still safe to leave our car to those so called 'car care' centre.....

very bad very bad... remember ... don go there.!!!!

The car wash there isn't good. Always not very clean, still got marks on hood, side, etc.etc. I found a very very very good place to wash car. It's in damansara utama. They are quite reasonable but most important of all they are so good, so detailed, every single edge of the car will be clean. They check every edge and corner properly. good shop. no regrets at all.

cyclonite dude, you left out the name of the place and exact location. Some price would be helpful too. Of course, unless you don't want people to go there so there isn't a crowd there! hahahaha

Anyway, the best car was I found was my own hands. :) PLUS... I get to sweat it out too.... and check out some chicks who may walk past my house while I'm washing my car... or check out my neighbours in the evenings when they go out ... or maybe even check out my next door neighbour wear tight shirt and pants to wash their cars. Hell yeah! Sure gives me lots of reason for washing at home! hahaha

yes... it is their car wash that causes the problem.. but eneos is the principle.. we as the consumer of course will go after the principle not the car wash fella.. hehe...

satria_95.. your point make sense.. best car wash... is wash with our own hands.. but I am more keen into the area that you stay.. hehe.. got chicks walk pass somemore...how come never happen to my place....

No offense but it looks more like ignorant attitude to me, rather than accident. Things like this are not even suppose to happen in the very first place. They should be fully careful when handling customer's properties. Sometimes, things that looks like an accident is not really an accident.

I had an incident too at Eneos 1 Utama. My power window for my proton stopped working, so i brought it there to repair. The mechanic said it was the cables of the window railing spoil already so have to change the whole railing. So they dismantled the door panel and tried to remove the railing and faced difficulties. The mechanic asked for help from another mechanic who took cable cutters to cut the cables for the railing and was VERY rough in the process. Dented the door panel such but since its hidden behind the door panel i just told them be more careful.

After they managed to take out the railing and change it, the power window again cannot work. This time the mechanic tried to pull a fast one and said the motor just spoiled so have to replace. I got sooo pissed and screw him, in the first place should have checked properly as it was the motor that spoil and not the railing. Now I have to pay for both. So no choice, proceeded to change the motor too.

After everything put back, when i wind up the window, i noticed my window's tint was badly scratched. One big chunk of it was scrapped off when the mechanic tried to cut the cables for the railing time. I complaint to the Japanese GM there who promised to replace but up till now, not settled yet. About 5 mths already and the last time I call him, he ignored me... Stupid Eneos...

well...initially my friend insist to repair it somewhere else.. but they say cannot... so my friend got no choice but to let them repair.... they also refused to replace a new one for my friend... so bad...

finally my friend got back her car.. and it looks ok.... but for sure she will never go back there anymore.. hehe... i won go there also.. very scarry......

move near to college.. hehe... good idea.... everyday also wash car... hehe....

in every business there'll always be instances where things fV@kup. Lets not be cows and simply follow. I have no affiliation with eneos whatsoever before anybody jumps up and complains.

yeah, i agree that there'll be instances where things go bad. But i have seen the way their workers repair cars, no tender loving care at all.... send ur car there and you'll understand what i mean...

i recommend "Mcguires"!!!!!using good quality car wash liquid soap...

Talking about Euneos One Utama, i remembered my bro likes to lepak at One Utama n he tried the service his EVO there bcoz so long he didnt service (my bro mostly service in subang n sunway). After the service, can say a few hours later his evo started to jerk n stuff. Must becareful if u want to service in that place.
