EVO III intercooler piping question.

Where's the 2 piping (circled in red) goes? The one on the left goes to the intake manifold (i guess). The one on the right goes to some sort of plastic black box. Does anybody knows what the box does and...

Headlight small light

I have just change my headlamp small light to those LED from Michiba. The problem is when I turn it on, one of the headlamp will switch on however after a while it goes off...and then on again....a few seconds later...
