where to lock 4wd gearbox?

people, does anyone know a decent workshop that can lock 4wd gearbox, btw what do they actualy do when they 'lock' the gearbox to 2wd??
 
just to share, when my 4g93t halfcut came, the gearbox was locked to rear-wheel only.

haha, FR-CD5A... me thinks must be drift kaki jepun.
