Which part do you mean? From your photo, there are still two sockets on the right that are not plugged in (wiring is at below the ECU).

Can you post the ECU part number that you deleted in your photo? If your 2ZZ ECU is from a Celica ZZT231, it is meant to be empty for the center socket.

I need is the two missing sockets on the right.
Its a 2zzge ECU which has 89666-20060.
I don't know if they are JDM or USDM because they all look the same.
I think its 2003 celica which is according to where I bought the engine.

89666-20060 is JDM version ECU

I believe you have to get another whole engine wiring as usually people don't just sell just the two sockets alone unless you get a wireman to rewire it but it will take a lot of time to read the diagram and tap one wire by another.

Can I use a USDM wiring for the JDM ECU?

A lot of functions won't work, the wiring diagrams are different.

Wiring harness must suit the correct ECU. Even my VR variant have 200, 220 and 240bhp version. Only the 200 and 220 ECU can swap and use, but not the 240 version. One time my ECU broke down, temporary fit ECU from 1.6L model. Power is down, but FC is up....

Does anybody here know the part number for the JDM complete wiring harness?
I am going to purchase a JDM complete wiring harness that has the 4 connectors already and also a standalone ECU.
I just need to know the part number of the wiring harness connected to the ECU to work.
