CL1 seats damn heavy...maybe the weight is around o.85 more heavier than CF4 seats. Definitely need 2 persons if u want to install those seats. 1 person can la but must have superman, cicakman or ultraman level of strength la!!

As for power-to-weight ratio, my car seems more torquey after i lost my CL1 seats that day!!. No wonder why:biggrin:

i think u all can be online mechanic la.....but how to collect upah fee???? hehehehe

Actually how much does a mechanic get anyway.. if more than my current paycheck.. ok oso.. 3.5K-4K ada ke?

One more thing, the mechanic is only as good as the tools he has access to.

If no OBD scanner, no wideband unit, no 'good' torque wrench and tools.. aiyoh oso.

Heh.. in that case, I have the usual tools, plus a wideband kit, laptop, multimeter, jumper harness for OBD-1 ecu testing (so it's easy to tap sensors for voltage checks)..

Seems kind of wasteful, because I only use them once every blue moon, but most shops don't have lar.

I also want a digital torque wrench, cam degreeing kit, compression tester, honda's fuel regulator meter, 2 more jackstands, portable alignment kit, pressure regulator and air compressor (for various testing purposes), micrometer, plastigage, valve lash adj. tool, valvespring compressor, gap feelers, and a dyno...

A CNC machine oso would be good so can custom bushes and stuff.. lol. maybe not, because those things can buy a comfy bungalow.. haha.

but $$$$$$$$ oh... hahahaa. those stuff definitely cannot find in a home garage.

a dyno,...

u can open one mini honda SSC, super service center

hahaha.. nolah.. I just like DIY, because with that, I feel that the car is somehow 'personal'. Some people do it with bodykit, some people do it with lighting, some people do it with crazy paintjob... all in ther name of making the car 'personal'.. for me, look stock never mind, as long as I know what's inside and I'm the fella that works on it most of the time, I'm satisfied.

and another thread been hijacked kekek....

bro cat..do it urself. me can help if u want. had experienced changed my seat rail. damn heavy la that recaro.

nihongo ga wakaru? Domo! :P

Actually I'm just one of those people that want to know what each part I'm doing does, of else I'd avoid buying it.

Furthermore, it's pretty fun trying to make every bit of power out of 1.6L.. you can't simply bolt everything on without thinking. with 2L, a wrong part or two will still result in a 200whp car, with a 1.6L, one or two wrong parts and you'd be looking at sub 160whp dyno results.
