Unable to send pm

hi! shan aka corona_ice here, i'm unable to send a pm on the marketplace in the toyota forum... when i click the pm button, it directs me to re-enter my nick and password, than nothing happens... can do it for an hour, still same....

it's like a come and go problem...earlier in the morning i was not even able to reply to u here, but now can...

can you elaborate more on the error? was there an error message? Or did the page just go blank, or did the page took too long to load etc?

can you try clearing your cookies or logging in and out to clear your cookies and see if you encounter the same problem

hi tom,
ok the problem is the same today... in the mornings when i try to login, it will keep on asking me my user name and password.

it would be like: 1) i key in my username and passward
2) the welcome screen will say welcome corona_ice thank you for loggin in
3) than it will ask me to key in my usename again.This will just go on and on...
afternoons no problems...i guess this must be coz zth has more users logged on in the mornings

2nd problem, the page would just reload over and over again... u wouldn't be able to do anything, just close it only... also this happens in the mornings only...

and yes i always clear all cookies after every page i browse bcoz i browse 1 website at a time...

I still can't seem to understand how this can happen.

does this happen on the same pc day and night?

i suggest trying out other browsers like firefox or chrome.

if the problem still persists, please do let me know
