lol dual clutch? i think its tip tronic rather than dual clutch. a 2002 car with that lol.

Maybe he thought dual clutch means tiptronic. Anyway, what is a dual clutch?

tiptronic is an auto gearbox but it has the function of shifting up and down from the gearstick, but it is still an auto gearbox so the gearbox still has the control over the shifting rather than you with a conventional manual. dual clutch is a manual gearbox with a robotic arm to help you shift without you pressing on the clutch pedal but with 2 clutches instead of one where this will increase the shifting time tremendously. something like DSG from volkswagon, SMG3 from BMW. it will allow you to shift up or down on your whim. the biggest diff is when you repair it. your car have to replace the whole gearbox if something spoil, but with dual clutch you just replace the clutch as you would with manual.

Yes this car is NOT dual clutch, it's just normal auto gearbox.
