SX4 Sport Crossover

A friend of mine is considering on purchasing the SX4 Sport Crossover. Can anyone think of a reason not to?
Hows the resale value?
FC and maintaince, cheap and expensive?
How is Suzuki as a brand? Is the brand/car reliable?
Any advice?

Suzuki cars are for not for the faint hearted. Why? Only Toyota and Honda fanboys will have these questions. Because those questions about resale value and FC is never the consideration for buying a new car, its about the driver himself. If he is a heavy footer, any hybrid car will never give him good fc. More so for reliability, if the car is good/bad, there will be bound to have some problems. Even the Mercs or BMWs also have problems but do we bitch about it?

Anyway, a full test drive is what your friend need. Dont just buy because of resale value. Get a Toyota then :)
