standard oem suspension still available

Hi guys just wondering anyone can tell me if the standard suspension(shocks and springs) are still available and if so where do you get them?
Here in the UK its hard to get parts.

Also wondered whether any of the other outlanders modelsthat's what airtreks(non turbos) were called here in the UK) came fitted with the same shocks as they would bolt straight on to our cars I assume?
