My friend went to check over the weekend with a few mechs. 2 of them said it's the hydraulic that needs to be changed, all 8 must be changed. I don't know what's that, so I'm checking with you guys here. One guy quoted RM400 just for the hydraulic. Another guy quoted RM500 for the hydraulic including installation. The third mech said it was the VTEC lifter or something like that. But he also mentioned that all 8 must be changed. I don't know if they're the same. But the price really differs. The third mech quoted RM700 for 8 lifters and RM280 for labour. When my friend said the tappet needs to be adjusted, apparently the mechs said it's not that. Any idea how much is the hydraulic and VTEC lifter? Maybe it would be cheaper to buy it elsewhere.Thanks.</blockquote>

Can't get my Airtrek to start.

Parked up at the shops beside my house yesterday & when I went back to the car I can't get it to start.
Half tank of fuel & battery is fine but nothing when I turn the key to start it. No clicking nothing.
