calculations will also give wheel horsepower which is the engine's hp without load like road friction, wind friction

hey bro. i recently got a satria 1995 model and i changed my engine to 4g91. i installed two strut bars. front and back but still my car isnt quite stable at 170 =( my tyres are also changed to low profile 15 inch tyres and i changed my absorbers and suspension. if i change to GAP absorbers will it help? or will i have to go for ultra racing?
