Just a quick question, as it is known for a 4G93 motor the conrods from the Mazda B8 and Nissan CA18 can be used as alternative conrods to replace the original mitsu conrods. These are cheaper alternative then the forged conrods from say PAR Engineering,
But for a 4G92 motor, what other alternative conrods can be used? Can a Mazda B6 conrod be used? How bout Nissan CA16 conrods?
A forged conrod set from PAR Engineering will cost me nearly 3.5k for a 4G92 motor, thats a hell alot. Looking to run about 18psi (1.3bar) of boost on the motor.
Any help will be greatly appreciate
