Can you repair Home Theater Set

My amplifier ATI (Us made) - 150W x 5 channel onechannel fuse blow, the power rating is US rating not malysia, could you install step up/down transformer in side it. Use external Transformer before but not good enough.

My Processor Acurus (US Made) also same problem, nothing blow but need to convert transformer.
