"...But the biggest draw of Option booth, and one of the biggest of the show, was in front of the Option Video booth. There, in front of one huge monitor and two smaller flat screens, was the Option 350Z built for top speed runs at the Silverstate Classic in Nevada, CA earlier this year. If you haven’t heard already, the 350Z, with Option founder Dajiro Inada behind the wheel, suffered a blowout at a reported 200+ mph. Needless to say, and well evident in these pictures, the 350Z wrecked – big time. We’re talking A-Team, Dukes of Hazzard glory. Fortunately for Inada, the safety cage did its job, and he survived the wreck with minimal injuries. On the screens, the dramatic video of the crash was looped to play continuously (interspersed with a clip of the D1 Grand Prix USA) along with brief interviews with Inada. In all, it was a dramatic display that kept thousands of show goers transfixed. "
