Hi, i am sure you can have my business.

I already converted my Toyota ST171 to new 3SGTE engine. From 3SFE 1998cc to 3SGTE 1998CC. There is no CC upgrade or downgrade. The engine i used is sold by a friend who previously using on his SEG. Anyway, he already deregister it and i keep a copy of his register card with me. Can you help me to register? Since i have no time. I can send the car to and i am confidence my car have no problem breaking the rules of JPJ. Code me a reasonal price so that i no need to do it myself.
