I'm from penang, driving a Mira-ed 659 EFI turbocharged Kancil with a normal stock boost of only 7 psi. I'd like to increase its performance buy upgrading my turbine (maybe a TD04), but from wat some frens tipped me off, i need to strengthen my internal engine parts.This is where i'm weakest. I wanna understand a few questions below:1) What effects might take place if i upgrade these internal parts (e.g. cam pulley, camshaft, compression ratio, crankshaft, throttle body, etc)2) How does all these parts contribute to the performance of my car knowing its functions?3) What is port and polish and its purposes?4) How will the fuel consumption be like after performing all these upgrades? (though i know that with greater power needs more fuel, but i'd like to know to wat extend will the consumption increase)5) What is the difference between IHI turbines and Hybrid turbines? Are they the same or is it different?The reason i wanna understand and learn all these is becos i do not hope to be conned by and Tom, Dick or Harry mech to upgrade unnecessary parts. I've been conned many times before, lesson well learn. This is becos i haven't found the rite guy to trust. My MR2 turbo upgrade project

I have been trying to upgrade my turbo for a long time and not much progress.:stupid:
