need help:bolt on bullet

Hi guys, recently i bought a bolt on bullet for direct replacements for my persona catcon.
it seems that the groove for the swirl effect is facing the wrong direction

this is the view from top where exhaust gas would come in.

is this wrong direction?
I bought it online, & cant seem to contact the seller.

thanks for the reply guys.
just confused cos the other end is the smooth part of the groove.
juz wonderin what will happen if the exhaust gas enter the small holes. from the holes i can see some fiber or mesh type of materials wrapping around the bullet.

Ok guys, got it installed. Fits perfectly.

Noise level is un-changed. Very2 slight improvements in performance.
Torque dip region can still be felt, however now more "manageable".
