Need advices on audio quality.

If you do not like too much of a booming sound from the sub, put it into a sealed enclosure or close the hole with an wooden MDF piece if you do not want to spend on a new box.

Does it means that a sealed box will produce 'softer' bass than a ported box?

Not entirely, it depends. A sealed box gives less output (with the same amount of power) but a more manageable bass since ports can be quite a headache to get right.

Want a softer bass, you can add a coil on the woofer input. But this part is abit hard, as we don't know how big the coil needed to soften the bass.

satria and hothatches will create more bass then sedan cars with the same woofer.
but have you tried facing the woofers in different directions, sometimes this works. like if its facing the back now, turn it around to face the front.
just a suggestion.

Yes, I have all the items in a box. For my pre-out, i only use 1 for amp ( i think cause the shop installed for me).

Also try inverting your speaker cables for the subwoofer thus, inverting the phase of your subwoofer. In most cases, you'll get a softer but cleaner sounding bass and less output since its inverted. It's also one of the tricks to get the bass upfront.

it doesnt meant that sealed can produce low extension bass or softer bass and ported is for higher freq.

it depends on the Qts of the box and the tuning freq. Ported box can play lower than sealed in the same size. Sealed has good transient response but somehow inefficient.

i think your enclosure is tuned high. You can shut the port and go fo sealed but i recommened you do a proper enclosure for the sub. Is your enclosure is prefab?
