Is it true if you change your stock extractor to after market extractor without changing the exhaust system will produce a 'tin' sound? Guys, hope that you can help me out. Im driving myvi 1.3 auto.

Hi dude, yes i'm facing this issue and i've change my whole exhaust system. U can change ur middle box first, the 'tin sound' actually come from there.

When you have extra gas pulses vibrating through a silencer/bullet/resonator that wasn't meant to take it, it starts vibrating lo. Thus the tin sound.
