Is ur air cond compressor can use in my V6 twin turbo 6A12TT ?

Can u check the image below for mouting point and hose point.
If can fit why not?it's the same engine 6a12 except being rotate to the other side only.
The head is interchangeable if you want to try 6a12MIVEC TT,haha
