the best place to hunt this r chop shop n "grey" car importer,otherwise u will hv to bring them in yourself as they r not common size in Malaysia.

i mean those car importer that bring in small car sometime u can find this type of uncommon size, sometime owner instruct them to change it before they are deliver to owner home, they might have some of this tyres that you are looking for.
Price wise of course this is expensiveloh, not many use it, in most tyre shop they won't stock this size becos difficult to sell.
