...so, anybody know where I can get it installed and tuned? Also, how much will it cost?

Installation should not be a problem. The wiring diagram is easy, and the pin identification for our ECU can be found on the net. However, in order to tune the silly thing, I am going to need a wide-band af ratio monitor...which, unfortunately, costs a small fortune, and is an overkill for a NA car. Any suggestions?...

hi defcon1, thanx bought it from me..yup the diagram could be download easily, but still have to dyno n wide-band, o2 test for accurate..huhuhu :)

where did you get the SAFC from? I'm just curious, because my brother just sold mine off.

Yeah, installation is easy, it just the tuning part that is tricky. A good tuner can produce a good power improvements over stock, and has been proven already from here.

Bought from Pharin...check out the post above yours...

Have you lowered your fuel pressure, Shahrin? And what are the results?

Speedworks wants to charge me RM 300 for installation and tuning. Is this reasonable? Or can I get it done cheaper somewhere else?

Hey bro, U can Try D'Tuning in Damansara.....

Look for Daniel - 0122131103

His work and price is good, hardly RM200++ abit to install n dyno tune ....
just tell him kiran recomanded u to go....

Gud luck...

I have a feeling I will be dissapointed with the results...

defcon1 did you install the SAFC already. I'm planing to install SAFC2 soon also. What is the result. OK or not. I'm regret to sold my SAFC2 with my previous car. Now need to buy back.

What is the price for SAFC2 in KL now? Speedwork quote me $1400++ install and tune on dyno. Is the price ok?

Any feedback with the fuel consumption/power after installing the SAFC?

I'm planning to install this on a VQ20 then tune it to sip less fuel from 1,000-3000rpm then provide more fuel from 3000rpm up. Want to know if I could get additional Km/liter with this mod and more power when I need to speed up.

Bro , I think the SAFC is meant for higher power and its not a fuel saver device. Usually ppl will get more gains in their vehicles by installing bigger injectors together this SAFC. Otherwise, its not that worthwhile unless you want to spend days fiddling with it and go for a few DYNO runs to confirm power gains and not power loss...
