everytime you have burped the coolant system, you dont ever want to open up the ast as you re-introduce bubbles into the system. thanks Joewe!

i doubt its over filling the coolant system as i haven't topped off the coolant yet...only water...before this it was fine...

phat7, wat do u mean by "burped" the coolant systme and wat is the ast?

1)check water tank, spare tank, bubble tank, see any place have leak.
2)radiator cap should use the correct pressure and type as they mention.
3)check for any place that your water will pass by for any leak.(mine one have a bit leak in turbo last time... xD)

what is the correct pressure for fd3s radiator cap?

0.9 or 1.1 max for AST

Joewe- AST is 0.9-1.1 but on the housing the cap is a dead cap ie. no spring valve.
