how to spray my engine cover?

gonna use wat type of spray to color my hear cover?wat should i mention during those process?got the word on top,how to prevent to spray on it?

since we're on this topic, where can I find RED colour heat resistant spray ?
I tried ACE hardware in Ikano and Mid Valley but to no avail ..
if you guys happened to see any, please let me know. Thanks ! :)
