How does the new NAP affect us?

For us RD1 owners......

1. The mandatory inspection before road tax renewal for cars above 15 years will affect us. My car is already 12 years old.........

2. Total ban on imported parts after 2011........am concerned about this.....is our RD1 replacements imported from Korea/locally manufactured? If imported, does this mean no more parts for us?

i think is import "used" parts...
the parts i get from Mr Lee are new....
