honda civic ek 2 door b20b fully loaded Rm50k nego

Im selling my honda civic 2 door. Original body is EK2.bODYKIT IS CONVERTED TO 99 and the colour is metallic red 2k. Engine specs are as following:

1. B20b block with DC5 piston. Engine is balanced before assembly. Total cc with the 86mm bore is 2.1litres.Block guard installed
2. Head is ported and polished and consist of skunk2 stage 3 cams, skunk2 tuner valve springs and original crower (not BC) titanium retainers and also custom ajustable cam pulley dialled in to spec.
3.I.manifold is the type r together with a bored out type r throttle body
4. Sard fuel regulator
5. h22a injectors
6.Gearbox is stock eg type with newly installed trinity racing clutch and spoon flywheel. ( clutch 2 months old )
7. Brand new toyo r888 tyres in front
8.Headers is hot bits 4-2-1 with 2.5 inch stainless steel piping all the way
9. ECU is the latest hondata s300 fully programmable with closed loop ( Good mileage!)

Car is dynoed on dyno dynamics at 205 whp and 155lb of torque and revs easily to 9k rpm.

Reason for selling is changing to a standard car.
