1. for year 1997 normally around 80% to 85% of the market rate which is different for each bank...so u hv to check with yr respective banks

2. again depending on respective banks...can be between 5 to 7 years

3. again depending on respective banks...can be anywhere between 3% to 5.5%

4. i am not too sure abt this...check with the bank

5. assuming you are taking a loan of 50,000 at 4% for 6 years then it will be rm861.11 so it depends on yr loan amt and interest and loan period. u can use the calculator here -> http://www.autoworld.com.my/tools/loan_payment.asp
