EP3 and DC5 freaks

Thanks for all the replies. You guys are truly amazing.

My heart tells me to get the DC5. Possibly, i'll get a 2001 used DC5 (3 owners oledi) for RM142K. The car is stock standard. Condition 3 out of 5.

Needs to spend at least RM5K for all the worn parts (or probbly more, needs to get updated on DC5/K20A-R parts pricelist). As expected, the driver RECARO a bit worn off.

Others, acceptable. OK for RM142K ah guys?

But then again, my Evo friend wanted to sell his 00/03 E6.5 TME for RM145K....and the car IS IN PRESTINE condition!!!!! Well taken care off. psss....He used to sleep with his car in the same bed :)

ARGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Consumption wise for town driving, again, DC5 has the upper hand.

Well, will decide soon but keep the replies posted brothers!

i love DC5 more than any other lar...
1st of all....as long as fuel comsumption not as high as turbo is good enuf...
i drive to college will be just nice.....
even some ppl say turbo is faster more power...but i think NA is good for me lor...malaysia got no where can fly your car lor...except PLUS or SIC only lor..hahhaha...
for exterior....i prefer 2 doors ...

last thing...

a 3 person pre-owned car isn't my cup of tea if u ask me.at the end of the day, u must check the condition of the car thoroughly. it ain't cheap either at 142k. for me FC isn't an issue if i can afford such car. the condition is utmost important.

if budget allowed get dc5 as handling and all are more nice overall ,as EP3 spend lotsa money the car still handle not that well ..

anyway dc5 looks better then ep3 :)

I think if you dont mind the Evo6TME, then get it since it's in prestine condition, dc5 u never know what's gonna be replaced, on eyes it may looks like 5k to fix everything, if it's not well taken care of, it's gonna be problematic. Maybe u should source if there's any other dc5s for sale. Dont rush.


I would go for the facelift dc5 though. Looks chun...
