The authorities install those cameras to check out girls in cars. They will, of course, tell the public that it's speed cameras.

Those look more like traffic congestion monitoring cameras.

actual speed traps, I would assume, would be positioned at a better angle to capture pictures of the license plates.

i think its speed trap camera's la. if it were really to monitor traffic, they wouldn't need so many of them, and its a highway la, what congestion there?
better drive slow there liao...dunwan kena caught like dumdum....

But why the hack they wan't 3 cameras for monitoring alone??? Looks like 1 camera for each lane...

They put 3 cameras so they would have more chance to take pics of female drivers. hehe
One night, I'll go and modify the speed limit sign to 30kmh. hahaha
