ej wanna convert

please enlighten me here

plan to convert my ej and put in b18cr engine. so some confusion by myself, can the dc2 suspension+disc brake be put in that ej??

anybody that knows, please inform.

need to look for one now, even the engine is very difficult to get.

Why dont u use aftermart ones instead of those stock ones from EK4?

If you're on a tight budget, civic type r ones will do just fine. More budget, u can prolly get used coilovers. There are many for sale in this forum actually. Or u can look up motor trader. To find the right one, it's really up to your budget, as far as EK's are concerned. Brakes, u can use back EK4 brakes. Drive the car in stock standard form first before u start on the upgrades if not u won't be able to feel the difference in the upgraded parts. All original parts that are suitable for EK4/b16a will be safe for you.

having max difficulties trying to find the engine. all over kl only one place got it n yesterday called them, it's already sold.
now have to liase with some chop shop people to get them for me.

n bout d brake n suspension things, thanks to all u bro out there.

when i start building this one, maybe i'll ask more...well as problem arise...i can say.

myself thought of doing that coz i guess the b18 is more powerful than ek9 b16b. am i right to compare them that way??

i do understand that if i use ek9, other parts will fit in easily compare to dc2 parts, ie. i need to find some ek parts such as brakes, suspension n all.

can u plz tell me a lil bout these two engine, n why do u think b16b is better compared to b18cr.

n how much for those engine? b16b from ek9 n b18cr from dc2

But a B16A head. Then buy a B18C5 block. then slowly exchange all the parts in the B16A head to aftermarket stuff!!!
